Handpan deposit for custom order. Please read the notice below.
Notice: Ensophonic Arts does not accept returns. Exchanges may be made on certain custom instruments, excluding instruments with bottom notes within 14 days of receiving the instrument. Exchanges may be made on pre-made instruments for instruments at equal value or for a custom instrument of equal value within 14 days of receiving the instrument.. Shipping each way is at the buyer’s expense. There will be a $175 retune fee on exchanged instruments.
* Steel is an organic material that often has variations in color/patina. We do our best to keep the appearance consistent, but sometimes the metal has varied color out of our control. Please understand that this does not effect the sound or quality of the instrument.
*Payments on balances that are paid with a credit card will incur a 3% surcharge and will be added to the final invoice and payment before shipment of the instrument. This can be avoided by paying with Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, or cashier’s check. Custom order deposits will not incur a fee even if paid with a credit card, I will cover that fee for you.
*The deposit is non-refundable on custom orders as this amount covers the base cost of creating your instrument.
*Final payment is due within 30 days of the completion of the instrument.
*Paying your deposit indicates that you have read the above information and agree.
